"Laissez les bon temps rouler!" on this very special day as we celebrate Fat Tuesday and learn the history, lore and, of course, technique to prepare some of New Orleans' favorite dishes! We'll begin with an Italian Marinated Salad; followed by New Orleans Red Beans, Andouille Sausage and Smoked Ham Hocks with Basmati Rice and French Bread. For dessert, Traditional Mardi Gras King Cake.
