As promised these four wines are the very essence of springtime in a bottle! Some are varietals you may not know as much about but I promise after sampling them with a selection of chilled, easy to prepare spring "picnic" dishes you'll never forget them!
We'll start with Loredona Viognierwith Green Bean, Feta and Walnut Salad;
Serra Da Estrela Albarino with Mediterrannean Shrimp and Calamata Olive Salad;
Erath Pinot Gris with Smoky, Spicy Deviled Eggs;
and Remy Pannier Rose D'Anjou with Cold Smoked Salmon and Basil Pesto Crostini.
