This month we'll sample some "south of the border" dishes and compare four grape varietals; Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino and Old Vine Zinfandel and Carmenere. We’ll be joined for this class by Tracy Sharp from Panama City who makes Girl's Night Salsas in three flavors Sassy, Crazy and Psycho! Now doesn't that sound like fun! We'll compare the Chilensis Sauvignon Blanc and Sella & Mosca Vermentino La Cala accompanied by a Green Chili Chicken Taco Salad; the Brazin Zinfandel Old Vine and the Chilensis Carmenere with Beef Brisket and Black Bean Chilli.

Chef Phil's hand tossed "Naples" style pizzas
are phenomenally good and actually easy to make once you've watched him do it! In this class we'll start with Chopped Romaine, with Buttermilk Herb Dressing, Oven Dried Tomatoes, Toasted Pecans and Smoked Bacon; two hand tossed pizzas to include, Margherita; Prosciutto and Arugula; for dessert Blueberry Pecan Crisp with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
