In this class we'll sample the wines of Nobilo a top producer from New Zealand. We'll sample the Nobilo Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc with an Arugula , Red Onion and Feta Salad with Sunflower Seeds and Melon and Peach Vinaigrette; the prestigious Nobilo Icon Pinot Noir with Herb Crusted Lamb Chops with Garlic Potatoes; Nobilo Merlot with Dark Chocolate and Purple Plum Bread Pudding.

I love summer veggies even though growing up I didn't eat a lot of them! I've certainly made up for it because during the summer months I LIVE on fresh veggies! This class features some simple but delicious recipes I think you'll enjoy sharing with your family and friends. Nothing fancy . . just good! Enjoy some fresh, home-style summer veggies with a little New Orleans flare! We'll start with Meat Stuffed Red Bell Peppers; Smothered Okra and Tomatoes; and Corn Pudding and a surprise dessert!
