Bubbles and Brunch

In conjunction with The Sandestin Wine Festival, Kitchenique was proud
to sponsor the 2nd annual Bubbles & Brunch Celebration on Sunday
April 22. Champagne lovers gathered at the Kitchenique Cooking School
where they received their commemorative Tritan Champagne Stem provided
by Schott Zweisel and etched by Destin Glass. Then after a casual
stroll down to the Cypress Green the sampling began. We sampled several
sparkling wines including Spanish Cavas, Italian Prosecos, New World
Sparkling wines and French Champagnes. Guest speakers from Southern
Wine and Spirits, Transatlantic Wines, Opici Wines and Premier Beverage
were there to offer expert commentary on each wine as it was served
and answered any questions about the wines. After sampling everyone
was invited back to the Kitchenique Cooking School where they were
served a Brunch Menu with recipes and sampled wines were available
for purchase at a reduced price.
